The 2024 legislative session is starting, and Action Circles is excited to be back in the State House. Amy Shollenberger, Meg Fuerst, Matthew DeGroot and Carlin Molander return as registered lobbyists, with Legislative Assistants Katiana H and Bryan Maxham joining them for the 2024 session. This year, Action Circles has many returning clients including AFT VT, Hunger Free Vermont, NOFA-VT, Parent Child Center Network, Recovery Partners of Vermont, Vermont Association of Conservation Districts, Vermont Access Network, Vermont Afterschool, Inc. and Vermont Foodbank, and new ones including AARP VT and Easterseals VT. 2024 Legislative Assistants

Bryan Maxham is a born and raised Vermonter with a passion for the environment, climate change, and other big issues affecting Vermonters. Bryan got his Bachelor’s Degree at Castleton University in Environmental Science and spent the next year travelling the U.S. working on remediation projects. Wanting to do more to help, he joined Vermont Law and Graduate school and recently Graduated with a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy in August 2023.

Katiana H grew up in Vermont and spent five years in Montréal, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from Concordia University in 2022. She arrives at Action Circles with two years of experience as an executive assistant and half a lifetime of freelancing in tech support, copy editing, and web design. In her off time she enjoys writing, gardening, changing tires, and Wikipedia deep dives.
