Developing Strong and Committed Leaders
This workshop is specifically geared toward non-profit organizations.
2 hour workshop
This workshop is best for people in the organization who are currently in leadership positions and who want more leaders to join them – staff, interns, volunteer leaders.
After the workshop, participants will know:
- Why “empowering” people doesn’t necessarily lead to leadership
- How to identify potential leaders in your group
- How to build skills and offer leadership opportunities to these emerging leaders
- How to create an Accountability Structure that is not based on blame and does insist on effectiveness and support for all members of the group
- How to share power at every meeting and event
- How to provide a Safe Space for all to develop and grow
