VT State House

One of the greatest things about living in Vermont is its citizen legislature. It means the people who represent us in the State House live and work in close proximity to us, making them very accessible. That accessibility doesn’t stop under the “golden dome” in Montpelier. We can easily walk right into the building and talk to the people who are making the laws we live under.

Channel 17/CCTV has released a video featuring our own Amy Shollenger giving a tour of the key parts of the building and suggestions on to interact with your legislators.

For more on telling your story to your legislators, check out our tips for visiting the State House and key tips for working with legislators.
